The Supreme Court of Western Australia will be providing free mediation information sessions for the public from 1 November 2017.
The information sessions will give people the opportunity to see where mediations are conducted and to become familiar with the process. It’s a chance to ask questions about how mediations operate.
The sessions are open to everyone, including parties, lawyers and students, and will be conducted by a mediation registrar.
They will be held at 1pm on the first Friday of the month (excluding January) on level 8 of the David Malcolm Justice Centre, 28 Barrack St, Perth. Each session will last about one hour.
